James Crone & Associates, Inc. has been involved with construction since its' inception.  We are a licensed General Contractor and are equipped to act as liaisons with subcontractors for anything for from tenant improvements to "ground up" construction.  We offer this service as an option to our other commercial real estate services to maintain the integrity, quality and value of your property.

 

Our Construction Division works directly with our Development, Property Management and Leasing Divisions to ensure that a building receives attention to all the details inherent in a commercial property and to see that awareness of market trends helps to determine the direction your project should take.  This interaction among divisions, representing a project from start to finish, ensures that your project will be built with future needs and expenditures in mind with a farsighted perspective which will lower overall construction or tenant improvement costs as the projects mature.

 

James Crone & Associates, Inc. Construction Division also oversees the maintenance arm of our company.  This ensures that appropriate maintenance is applied to your project on a day-to-day basis.  This cost savings is passed on to you by having the job completed not only timely, but correctly, the first time.  Our Maintenance Division is available to provide a full time service on your commercial project from trash clean up to repainting, restriping, window washing, pressure washing, roof repairs and general, minor repairs.  The major jobs are referred to our Construction Division.
